Mr. Harper will always be remembered by me as a big man with a big heart. I think the first time I met him I was just a little scared but that easily went away as I learned his true self. All you had to do was see him with his family to know just how big his heart could be! He raised my dearest friend in all the world, Patti, to be the beautiful woman she is, which again demonstrates his strength, and commitment, and everlasting devotion. I know he will be missed by all his loved ones.
