Dr. Otey was a wonderful person and I cherished knowing him at First Baptist in Jackson TN all those years ago when I was a teenager.
Dr. OTEY was always the love of my life because he was my pastor at Glasgow Baptist Church when my precious Mother was at the end of her life and she leaned on him for her final steps. I will never forget him for being there. God bless you and rest in peace my dear friend.
