I first met Mr. troy when attending El Centro Community College in the early '70s. is ability to inspire his students was impressive, and I definitely learned a great deal about the art of Architecture! I also had the priviledge of working for him for a period, and enjoyed that experience as well.
I moved to Los Angeles in the late '70's, and was able to obtain my License thru experience only qualification. I passed all test sections the first try and was licensed in 1983, and I feel to this day that Bob's approach to educating played a large part in that success.
I considered him a friend and mentor, and hope that this might bring some small understanding of how much I valued him!
