Rufus Harvey Milligan Jr's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved father, Rufus Harvey Milligan, Jr., on January 9, 2025. He lived a life filled with love, laughter, and joy. Family was everything to him – he was the best dad, grandad, and great-grandad, always putting his loved ones first. Famous for his jokes, he had a way of making everyone smile. He loved to dance, bring joy to others, and fly airplanes, embracing life with passion and kindness. While we miss him dearly, we find comfort knowing he is now reunited with his beloved wife, Paulanna, daughter Beth, his parents and other loved ones.
A graveside service, with military honors, was held at Restland on January 16.
We invite friends and family to join us in a Celebration of Life at Christ United Methodist Church in Plano, on April 12th at 11:00, in the sanctuary.
