It’s been a little over five years, and I am still at a loss for words. Losing you changed me irreversibly. As my dad, your son joins you in the afterlife, I’m reminded of the first few days since you crossed over, since Granny crossed over in 2020. I miss you, dearly, and nothing I can say would be able to describe the pain that has been in my chest since you left us. You all have shaped me into the man I have become, and I hope you all will be watching me from this point forward. I will do my best to make you all proud. See you on the other side.
