SLATE, SARAH CRISP Born February 20, 1925 in Nacogdoches, TX and passed away January 17, 2009 in Dallas, TX. Preceded in death by parents, T.G. & Jewel Crisp and brothers, Fred and Floyd Crisp. Survived by husband, Brady Slate; daughter, Pat Slate; sons, Craig, Danny, and Ronnie Slate; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and brother, Richard Crisp. Sarah had a big heart and touched many lives. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Sarah will be missed by all those that knew and loved her. Service was held Monday, January 19, 2009 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
