I Love you Sharon. Thank you for always believing in me. You moved so kind and gentle through this world. One of the most generous people I have ever met.

Sharon was a constant in our lives—Tanya for over 50 years and myself for 44. I’ll never forget the day we met. She invited us over for dinner, handed me a plate of raw steaks, and asked me to take them to the grill.

Trying to play it cool despite being surrounded by her three dogs—a German Shepherd and two Rottweilers—I headed out the door. Just as I was frozen by the pack, Sharon burst out with that unforgettable, great laugh of hers and said, 'Oh, they don’t want you, just those steaks!'

She was truly one of our very best friends. We loved her dearly and we will miss her always.

in honor of Sharon.

My very favorite story of Sharon, fairly early in our work relationship, she was checking in on me as she always did, and I noticed something on the lapel of her jacket, like broccoli maybe… we laughed for years about it. Sharon was a dear friend and coworker for many years. She was always rescuing dogs and broken people. She would tell you exactly what she was thinking, sometimes whether or not you asked. I trusted and valued her - she is already missed. Cheers to you my dear friend, I will see you on the other side.
