OWENS, SHIRLEY JEAN born on July 14, 1947 in Dallas, TX and passed away February 4, 2010 in Rowlett, TX. Shirley is survived by her children, her mother, and many brothers and sisters and grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:30AM, Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at Fellowship Baptist Church with interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00PM, Monday at Restland Funeral Home.
