The last time I saw my grandmother I was on my way to see Robert Burke’s Army Graduation. I and Kayla her great grand daughter, stopped and had lunch with her. She never knew it but I always made sure we paid for all our lunches. I am so glad my kids all got to meet her, she was going to have a great great grandson in feb 2020. I wish she could have meet him. I wish we lived closer to her.
I met Shirley while working in the medical field. She was always put together! A very classy lady and a Christian above all else. I am thankful for the stories she shared with me about Catherine the Great, her Great Pyrenees! She always had a smile and a very positive attitude. I wish her family and friends peace and comfort. She will be missed here on earth and I am very lucky to have called her friend.
