It’s been one year since you left us Shirley. I will never forget you! You were so sweet I loved going to your home, oh I miss that too! I haven’t played cards since we last played- you always beat me!! I wish you & Cindy were still here with us. Love you Shirley know you will always be in my thoughts & Prayers.
I had no idea Shirley had passed away until a neighbor emailed me. Harold and Shirley traveled with us many times, and as their travel consultant, I arranged for him to host a special birthday party in St. Petersburg, Russia for her. They invited the entire Sea Goddess ship to the affair in the hotel Astoria. It was still a closed communist country then and food was scarce as well as finding a cake large enough for everyone. My husband and I enjoyed their hospitality in their lake Kiowa house and St. Thomas condo as well as the home Shirley bought in Ruidoso, NM after Harold died. Shirley loved cruising and went on many cruises with our groups around the world. May she and Harold rest in peace!

I will cherish the memories we made together forever and always! You were my second Mom, my backbone, and my rational brain. You taught me patience, perseverance and forgiveness. I'm so grateful you got to meet Adrian and that you loved him as much as I do. I love you infinitely always and forever Mimi!! 💖💖💖
Shirley was a real trooper in all our special adventures together. She loved her family and was so extra gracious to them and her friends. Enjoy this next adventure with Cindy. Until we see one another again. Love, Nan
