I pray the Holy Spirit comfort y'all and your families, and The Almighty bless y'all with His Graces to pass thru this time under His Shadow in y'all lives. Memories of your mom and dad bring back those experiences I shared with them during that passage of time.I remember one time I was feeling sick in 1970 or '71 , your mom said it appeared I had the "eye" and was going to rub the egg on me. Everyone thought it was funny and made fun of me and that I was too old for that. Afterwards the egg was cooked, everyone was surprised except your mom. Then I was under suspicion of encouraging someone looking at me and giving me the "eye".
