I will miss Steve. Working with him the past few years with Love For Kids, then with DMS and DCC has been a great pleasure for me. He became a friend whose opinions, choices and feelings I respected greatly. His compassion and dedication served as examples to me, as well as to those he came in contact with every day. You have mine and Teresa's deepest condolences.
We will miss Steve immensely! He was an inspiration and friend who walked the "walk and talked the talk" and left us with a pronounced feeling of charity and devotion to the things which mean a lot to us. Til our next meeting when we can finish our "save the world" type discussions.

Steve was our close friend, neighbor, and resident humorist. His courage, professionalism, loyalty, sense of humor and dedication to his wife and family stands as an example for all to emulate. He will be sorely missed.
There are all kinds of ships. There are hard ships. There are wood ships and good ships that sail the sea, but the best ships of all are friend ships and may they always be. Steve proved to all that life is too short not to be happy. and that life is too long not to do it well. In Terry's and my life, his friendship and caring was a constant blessing to us. His watch on earth has ended as God needed Steve back home, perhaps to add another flower to the garden around His Throne. Our prayers are with Cheryl and their families and friends as they celebrate Steve's life. We pray for God's Peace that surpasses all understanding. Thanks, Steve for making the world a better place simply by being a part of it and a part of our lives.
I was very sad to hear of Steves passing, I enjoyed working with Steve in 2005-2006 and know he will be missed by many who knew him. He was always helpful to share his knowledge and very nice to me. He would bring in homemade jelly and share that was made by his wife and always spoke so kindly of how great a cook she was. My prayers will be with you at this time.
I'll remember Steve as a very generous man–a man who took great care of my mother, making her laugh and feel loved; who adopted me, my wife, my sister and our whole family as his own from the beginning; and who was a savvy straight-shooter who was always there to offer help in areas he had experience in, which were quite a few. His presence in our family will be sorely missed and always remembered.
Dear Cheryl, There are no comforting words I can offer to ease your pain. We do know Steve is not suffering any longer. Steve was one of a kind, we're going to miss him. I'll always remember him playing our "personal chef" when we came to visit. He'd put on his apron and French or Italian accent (never sure which it was!) and gave us a good laugh. I loved seeing how happy the two of you were.
Steve had a zeal for life and he shared that zeal with all those who knew him. He loved to tell jokes, dance and have fun no matter what he was doing including work. I had the privilege to work with him for several years and am honored to have called him my friend. My husband and I danced merrily with him and his loving wife while helping families at the Margarita Ball. Working with Steve, stuffing envelopes, visiting prospects and customers, were all enjoyable events since he brought humor to enliven the place.
