Once upon a time my husband and I, along with Bob and Mary Lila, had rotating dinner events with Jerry and Suzanne, Needless to say, fun was had by all. Jerry and Suzanne were perfect pair as host and hostess--delicious food, interesting conversation
and Lotto tickets for all. Never won at Lotto but the evenings in their home was delightful.
Somewhere along the way we started having Sunday lunch in a restaurant. Again it was Jerry, Suzanne, the two of us and our friend Ellen. On occasions, Bob would Join us as Mary Lila had died. Fun, laughs always in abundance. Jerry particularly had a big bright smile. It was what I call a "sincere smile." Jerry and Ellen would educate the other three of us about the latest in the world of computers. Then Ellen moved to Austin.
After Ellen moved, it was Jerry, Suzanne and the the two of us at Maggiano's We met there once a month, always on Sunday. We did this until my husband died
I tell you about the so you can understand the friendship that existed between Jerry and all the people named. Jerry was a friend to all and his smile, his sense of humor and his wisdom will live on with those he knew --not just Bob, Mary Lila. Ellen John and Wanda but all who passes through life with Jerry.
Thank you my friend for passing through my life.
