Karen Kohnlein Proctor
Therle was my High School Bible teacher, and my Sunday School teacher at Lochwood Baptist Church. She was such a sweet woman who loved the Lord, loved the Bible, and loved people. She was a good example for me to follow, and she really enjoyed life. One Saturday morning, when I was I guess around 10 or 11, she surprised all of us in her Sunday School class by picking us up and taking us to her house for a “Come as You Are “party! I was in my robe, with pink foam curlers in my hair. It was so much fun! I will never forget her, and I rejoice that she is Home with her Jesus.
