Timothy David Kline's Obituary
Timothy David Kline, 62, of Dallas, TX, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 2, 2026.
Tim loved life and was a “happy go lucky kind of guy”. He was always in good spirits and loved his family, friends, and co-workers. He enjoyed being the jokester of the family, and often teased family members in a loving way. He was happiest when he was outdoors either working or playing sports. He was an avid golfer in his early years, loved bowling, pool, football, hockey, and baseball. There wasn’t a sport or statistic that Tim could not discuss with you in detail! He had a strong desire to help others, and took several classes with the local fire and police departments as a “citizen on patrol”. He loved animals of all kinds and they loved him in return.
Tim graduated from Fairview High School near Erie, PA in 1981. He then pursued an education in Turf Management and Golf Course Maintenance. After moving to Texas, he was employed by Firewheel Golf Course in Garland, The Shores Country Club and Golf Course in Rowlett, and then moved into the Agronomic profession, and worked with the John Deere Company, and SiteOne Landscape Supply in Rockwall, TX.
Tim married Elba Alejandra Facal Piriz in 2003. Tim is survived by his wife, as well as his
mother, Jane E. (Beeghley) Kline; two sisters: Elizabeth Heath (husband Gary) and Kathryn Kline; a nephew Austin Heath (wife Morgan); a niece, Allison Heath; and a great niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, John William, and a sister, Ann Marie.
A funeral will be held on Friday, February 20 at 2:00 pm at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in McKinney, TX, followed by burial at Restland Cemetery in Dallas
