Tommie was the Pop Pop to my young son Seamus. I think he found happiness late in life in the things like that. He adored him and wanted me to make no barriers he couldn't conquer. He was a tough man. He was a fair man. An honest man. An HONEST man's man. Though I didn't always see eye to eye with his methods, His end result was one that was always commendable and honorable, and always fair to everybody involved. He was in a lot of physical pain. He would try his best not to complain as he was tough. He was the toughest man I know. He raised me. He was for all intensive purposes, my father. I will miss his predictability and constant presence. I hope you have found peace old man. I will think of you often and with your passion / opinion. – Darin
