Ursuline Vargesko's Obituary
Ursuline Vargesko, 93, of Garland, Texas passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday, May 9, 2020 after a lengthy struggle with dementia. She was born November 16, 1926 in Braddock, Pennsylvania. She married the love of her life and after several years of marriage, her husband was transferred for his job at US Steel. She and Vincent moved to Texas in 1961 with their two children, Ron and Darrell. Ursuline and her husband enjoyed traveling and were co-founders of the K Bar C square dance club of the Garland chapter of the Knights of Columbus. They loved to dance.
Ursuline was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent, and older son, Ronald. She is survived by her younger son, Darrell (Sandy) of Plano, TX and her granddaughter, Brittany Vargesko of Austin, TX.
There will be a graveside service held at Restland Cemetery in The Garden of Compassion Friday, May 15 at 11 a.m. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, there will be no visitation or Mass held. The family would like to thank the staff at Founder's Plaza in Wylie, TX for their compassionate care and attention these past several years.
