I am a friend of Victor‘s grandmother Dianne when Victor was a little boy maybe first grade his mom and his grandparents had to be to work earlier then school opened so I would drop him off occasionally to school. Victor was a really good dancer so I would put music on that early in the morning just to see him dance😊 Even as a young boy, he was really respectable so loving and always smiling he didn’t change. You will be missed . Condolences to the family.
