It was always an honor to sit at your table, share a laugh, hug, smiles, great food and conversation with you. You are with Gina now, together in your eternal home. I love you Walt.
May God hold you and the entire Family in his arms in the days to come and give you strength. I saw the realationship you had with with your Dad. It was special-Just remember that neither time-nor distance-nor absence of presence can change your love for him-You will meet him again on another distant shore-God bless
Walter and Steve, God truly Blessed you with Wonderful Parents. We've lost one our Grand Gentlmen! God Bless You! Wendell
To the Higgins Family, I send my deepest sympathy to the family. I did not know Mr. Higgins that well, only when I saw he and Virginia in SS and Church. This past year the Daniels SS Class closed and some of the members came to our class, the Cliff Hangers class. Mr. Higgins was one of them and he came 1 or 2 times, and I could tell he really made an effort to be there. That impressed me a great deal. You will have wonderful memories of him and your mother and I extend my heartfelt sympathy to you. God Bless all the Family, Nan Benham Director of the Cliff Hangers Class
Steve, we heard about your father's death after his service. Please accept our sincere condolences. We have rich memories of the days in Richardson when the Highland Blvd./Dorothy Dr. area folks all knew each other and participated together in bringing all of us to adulthood. Of course, football at RHS was a big part of that for all 3 of us. Now that you and we have grandchildren, we appreciate more fully the importance of those memories. We wish you peace and comfort in yours.
