Wanda Lou Bohannan, of Denison, Texas passed away at her home on Wednesday March 3, 2010. She was 71 years of age and surrounded by family when Jesus took her home. Physical cause of death was cancer. She was the daughter of Luthe Read Obituary
We have had many, many experiences together, especially in the Navy. Lee, Mass really was an experience in the horribile cold weather. The children were just babies. But God was with us and we made it through that time. Our love to you Don, and the children. We will miss her terribly. Love, Bill and Carol
My heart s broken over the loss of Aunt Wanda. She was one of the most special people in my life. There will always be an empty place in my heart. Uncle Donald I am so sorry for your loss. You couldn't have picked a better partner to spend your life with. Though your heart is heavy God will help you through these tough times. Dear Uncle Donald and Family, I am so sad that Aunt Wanda has passed away. She was a very special lady and meant a lot to me and my family. She will be missed so much. I know it is difficult to let her go. Thank God for the wonderful memories we all have of Aunt Wanda. I will continue to pray that you will be comforted and encouraged by the many prayers said on your behalf. Also, that the Lord will be a very real presence in your lives in the days ahead and will give you strength to get through each day. I heard a statement at a memorial service once that meant a lot to me and maybe it will help you too. "We will be with them longer than we will be without them." Don Sorry to hear about Wanda's passing. She was a joy to be around at the USS Long Beach Reunions. Never a loss at what to say to keep the party going. She will be missed.
