Charnell Grady Davis
I am very sad to hear of Wanda's death. I tried calling her today, 12/11/2022 and found that both of her telephones were disconnected. I had a feeling that she might have died. I went online and found out that she had passed. I am Charnell Grady Davis out here in California. When I was 7 and Wanda was 15 she came to live with my parents Charles and Nell Grady and I in Paso Robles, CA. She became my big sister and I her little sister for the rest of her life. She always signed her cards to me, your big Sis. She was a freshman in high school and my parents had all kinds of parties for her and her teenage friends at our house. As a 7 year old and an only child, I thought it was great fun. She told me that my parents gave her the first birthday party she ever had. She sent my parents and I a Christmas and birthday card every year. She and your father came out to Graton, CA for my parents 50th wedding anniversary in their motor home. My parents are deceased now. They parked their motor home in front of Jim's and my Santa Rosa home while they visited all of us. I have pictures of your mother when she lived with us in Paso Robles that I would like to send you copies of. Could you call or text me at 707-544-6149. I have been saving pictures I have to the clouds and yesterday I found pictures of all four of you when you were young and also in high school. I also have a picture of your parents in front of their wedding cake. She told me when she married your father that she married for life and there would never be another man in her life. The love that she had for your father was for ever. I will miss your mother dearly. She will always be in my heart and will be my big Sister. I have two address. 122 Calistoga Rd.
