Wayne Brumley was born on October 02, 1944 in Freer, Texas and passed away on October 18, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. He worked for the Texas Commission for the Blind and retired from the Army and Air Force Exchange Service. Wayne is survived by his wife, Sandra Carroll Brumley and service dog, Wrigley. A memorial service for Wayne will be held at 11:00 AM on October 24, 2014 at Richardson East Church of Christ, 1504 E. Campbell, Richardson, Texas 75081. The visitation for Wayne will be one hour prior at the church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Care Corp at 1504 E. Campbell, Richardson, TX 75081, City Square 511 N. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75201 or Guide Dogs for the Blind, P.O.
