Grace and peace to your family during this special time. Mom and Dad were very encouraged by your positive support of our move to Garland in August of 1960 from our home in Hemphill, TX. What a change for all of us to leave the confines of parents, grandparents, and friends for this new adventure into Dallas County. Great move for all of us. Even though we missed East Texas, we quickly found a home. Martha, I remember as a child, many trips to Elliot's Store in Hemphill to see your dad and mom. Customer service beyond expectation and a warmth of family and home. Mother thought so much of your sweet family and fond memories as you grew up together. Deep regards to you and hold dear to your sweet heritage of friendship and support for the families. Love, Robert Payne Sewell, Ed.D. Son of Robert and Frances Sewell Grandson of J.L.(Roy) and Fronie Payne

Bill was a true and kind friend. We loved traveling and being with Martha and Bill. We miss him. With love to Martha and the family, Harriett and Bob Abel
Bill and I worked together at Core Lab and Greenwich Oil. He was always the same, positive, forward looking, upbeat and with that smile on his face. Condolences to Martha and his family. Bill was one of the best, a good manager and business man and a great human being. John Howard
