The Bonds were such good friends of my parents Dewey and Sara Dean. Every time I would see them they always had such joy. The light of Christ shined brightly through them. I am so grateful to have known Mr. Bonds. I pray for Mrs. Bonds and Bobby during this time. Beautiful service. Mark Dean
We are Diane Hopkins-Hughs and Carolyn Hopkins Walton. Our parents Lessie and Hop Hopkins worked for Mr. Bonds for a number of years. When he would build a new apartment building, our parents opened it and ran it . They lived in several of his locations over the years.
We both remember Mr.Bonds many kindnesses to our parents and how much they appreciated him. He was a caring and professional employer. And he built some really cool apartments which we loved to visit.
Carolyn especially remembers when she and her husband were nervously buying their first house. This was early in the 60's .Mr. Bonds came to look at the house and check to make sure it was built well. He gave it and us his blessing. We were always grateful for his kindness to us.
The two of us are now in our 80's .Mr. Bonds will always be remembered happily.

I don't remember a time that Bill wasn't in my life and my family's. What a blessing to know he is with the Lord, waiting for the rest of his family!

When I first arrived at Scofield Church Bill paid me a visit in my study. He was warm and welcoming. He shared his story and asked about me. He will be missed and my condolences to his loved ones. We are thankful for His faith in Christ -- He is finally in the land of the living now. Many prayers for Patty and the family.

As a boy, Mr. Bonds was a mentor to me as a leader in my Boy Scout Troop. I have known his son Bobby since nursery school. Mr. Bonds holds a very special place in my heart as a model leader, father and patient teacher. My thought are with the family at this time.
