On October 7, 1969, Bill hired me to be one of hie manufacturing engineers. Bill made an investment in a really green young engineer and it changed my life and gave me a lifelong career. He had faith in me and I never forgot it. He was a tough but great engineer and a great personal friend. When my father dies he and his boss, Tom Lymenstull, attended my dad's funeral which meant a lot to me and that forever solidified my respect and admiration for Bill. "Willie P." as we called him, was a great hearts player and had a super humorous nature. Everybody at O.E.C. trusted him and followed his example. I will never forget him for helping me in my career and teaching me so much about work and life. Had he not given me the chance he did, I would not be where I am today. GOD bless him and give love to Nadine and all his family. Bill was a great person, teacher, father and husband. Dave Crane
